Our standard flaky buttermilk croissant soaked in fig leaf syrup, filled and topped with almond frangipane and flaked almonds. Fig leaf once dried has a smell and flavour of a mix of coconut, green tea and almond.

Using Shipton Mill organic flour and Edinburgh Butter Co cultured butter.


Contains wheat, gluten, dairy, yeast, egg and nuts (almond). May contain traces of sesame.
