Subscription services

What are the differences between your subscription services or just ordering online each week? 

Our subscription service means you don’t need to remember to order your bread each week. It will come to you as if by magic.

Or, if you prefer to order each week, we have that option for you too.

The price is the same, the taste is the same, the services is the same. Delicious Sean’s Loaf bread or pastries fresh to your door.

How do subscriptions work? 

Our subscription service is available as a weekly or bi weekly (twice a week) delivery service

Our delivery days are Saturday or Wednesday. You can order your bread or pastries up to 48 hours before your intended delivery. You will be charged from the day you make the order.

You can pause or amend your order at any time. We will do our best to update the order if it’s 48 hours in advance, but it may take up to a week.

What are your subscription payment methods? You can pay for your loaves and spreads with a credit card or debit card with the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logos. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept Paypal.

Can I choose the items that are delivered each week? 

Yes. Our subscription range is available on most of our products. If there is something you would like to subscribe to, but you can’t see the option, please get in contact with us at seansloaf@gmail.com.

How do I make changes to my subscription order?

You can update your subscription order through Manage My Subscriptions link on the subscription page. Once logged in, you will be able to manage subscription. You can add or remove items, skip a week or even pause.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your subscription password, please use the forgotten your password link.

How do I update the details on my account? 

You can update your email address, payment details and order details through Manage My Subscriptions link on the subscription page.

When will I be charged for my subscription? 

You will be charged for your subscription order from the day you make the order and then every week (or bi-weekly depending on your plan).

Can I pause my subscription at any time?

Yes, if you want to pause or cancel your subscription service, you can do this easily through Manage My Subscriptions link on the subscription page. We will need at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due. For Once a Week plans, this means Thursday 8pm for a Saturday delivery and Monday 8pm for a Wednesday delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? 

Yes, please contact seansloaf@gmail.com. You can cancel your subscription at least 2 days before your next delivery is due.

Can I swap delivery days within subscription? 

If you'd like to switch your delivery date or subscribe to a different plan, please contact us on seansloaf@gmail.com and we can arrange this for you. 

I've moved, how do I change my address? 

You can do this easily through Manage My Subscriptions link on the subscription page.

Delivery

When do you deliver? 

We deliver on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

What time will I receive my order? 

We usually delivery between 8am and  12pm.

What is the delivery fee? 

We charge a flat fee of £2 for orders.

Can I send my order to a different address? 

If you want to do this as a one-off you will need to update your delivery address in your account before 9am the day before your upcoming delivery but remember to switch it back for your next one.

Can I cancel or amend my order? 

We require at least 48 hours notice in order to cancel or amend any order. Please email us at seansloaf@gmail.com if you have any questions.

We do provide wholesale bread and pastries to a range of local cafes and restaurants including:

  • Spice Deli, South Hampstead
